Returns & Refund Eligibility
Our refund policy differs for fresh and bottled products:
Fresh Jalapeños:
Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, we do not accept returns. However, refunds or replacements may be considered if:

The issue is reported within 24 hours of pickup.

The product remains unused and has been stored properly.
Bottled Jalapeños:
For bottled jalapeños, we accept refund requests under the following conditions:

The bottle is unopened and in its original condition.

The issue is reported within 7 days of purchase.

The product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly labeled
How to Request a Refund

Groen Kombuis reserves the right to offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Refundable Items

Orders that were not picked up.

Fresh jalapeños that have been stored improperly after pickup.

Bottled jalapeños that have been opened or used.

Refund requests made outside the stated timeframes.
